Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction proposes
to amend the following By-Law:
TO AMEND BY-LAW
2012-02 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF FREDERICTON JUNCTION
RESPECTING THE PROCEDURE AND ORGANIZATION OF THE VILLAGE
OF FREDERICTON JUNCTION BY REPEALING (and replacing with verbiage that aligns with the Act) Sections :
1 (a,b,c,e,f.g,h &i), 4(7), 14, 38, 39 & 40 WITH RESPECT TO DEFINITIONS,THE COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA, VOTING, AND THE APPOINTMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF COMMITTEES
Copies of the proposed By-Law may be inspected at the address below between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and civic
holidays. Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction will give consideration to the third
reading of the proposed by-law at the May 27, 2024, regular meeting of Council
commencing at 7:00 p.m. at 102 Wilsey Road, Fredericton Junction NB E5L 1W7.
