In particular for those anticipating seeing the Holiday Train coming through on the tracks in Fredericton Junction here is the message that we have officially received from the Advisor, Community Relations representing CPKC Holiday Train 2024.
“Thank you for your email and support of the CPKC Holiday Train. We are excited to bring this beautiful train to New Brunswick for the first time.
Please note, CPKC only has running rights to operate on the New Brunswick Southern Railway (NBSR) and this means that we cannot guarantee a slow down or exact timing. The event in Saint John is on November 21 @ 6:00 pm and we anticipate leaving Saint John the following morning,
November 22, at approximately 7:00 am. We encourage you to follow the train on
our train tracker found here. The tracker is turned on when the train is moving and
the lights will be on in both directions. Train movements are coordinated by
the NBSR.
