Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction proposes Creation of A By-Law Establishing the Code of Conduct for Council
Pursuant to subsection 10(2)(b) of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c.18, amendments thereto and regulations adopted thereunder, the Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction.
Copies of the proposed By-Law may be inspected at the address below between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and civic
holidays. Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction will give consideration to the third
reading of the proposed by-law at the June 10, 2024, regular meeting of Council
commencing at 7:00 p.m. at 102 Wilsey Road, Fredericton Junction NB E5L 1W7.
